QUOTE OF THE WEEK

Living One Date at a Time Is a Key to Happiness
Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance toward the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point. Climb slowly, steadily, enjoying each passing moment; and the view from the summit will serve as a fitting climax for the journey.

Rings of Angels

Wow, here is the one I was waiting for and mine.
That makes 4 angels

The one on the left is Aileen the one on the right is mine.
Didn't they all turn out really nice?
So pretty n dainty.
Once we received them we were too attached all the angels together. Well I decided not too. It turn out we all did not follow the directions completely. Three of us made the angels accordingly to the direction, one angel was made completely different. I love them all.I decided to use them here n there in my home instead. Then maybe one day I will make another one then I can attached them together making a ring of angels to sit on my table.

Ring of Angels

A while back I share with you all four fabic quilted angels that I made for a swap. We were to keep 1 send three off in return we would get three back.

Here are my first two that I received. The one on the left is from Joan the one on the right of from Beverlay. The angels are adorable. Joan Angel is flat so I'll be hanging her's on the wall where as Beverlay angel is two sided where I can put it over an candle it just use as decoration. Now I'm waiting for one more should be here any time!

AT THE PLACE OF THE SEA

Exodus 14
Have you come to the Red Sea place in your life,
Where, in spite of all you can do,
There is no way out, there is no way back,
There is no other way but through?
Then wait on the Lord, with a trust serene,
Till the night of your fear is gone;
He will send the winds, He will heap the floods,
When He says to your soul, "Go on!"
And His hand shall lead you through, clear through,
Ere the watery walls roll down;
No wave can touch you, no foe can smite,
Not mightiest sea can drown.
The tossing billows may rear their crests,
Their foam at your feet may break,
But over their bed you shall walk dry-shod
In the path that your Lord shall make.
In the morning watch, 'neath the lifted cloud,
you shall see but the Lord alone,
When He leads you foruth from the place of the sea,
To a land that you have not known;
And your fears shall pass as your foes have passed,
You shall no more be afraid;
You shall sing His praise in a better place,
In a place that His hand hath made.
